Our Community Interest Company
Making wellbeing education and psychology more accessible within our communities

Resilient Minds Wellbeing has expanded with the creation of a Community Interest Company dedicated to community benefit. Through accessible workshops, funded projects and collaborative programmes, we aim to provide practical, psychologically informed wellbeing education to people who may otherwise face barriers to support.

OUR COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Making wellbeing education more accessible within our communities

Resilient Minds Wellbeing has expanded with the creation of Resilient Minds Wellbeing Community CIC, a Community Interest Company dedicated to improving wellbeing and creating positive community impact.

Through accessible workshops, funded projects and collaborative programmes, we provide practical, psychologically informed education that helps people understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies and build confidence and resilience.

WHY I CREATED THE CIC

I believe that cost or personal circumstances should not prevent people from accessing helpful wellbeing education.

The CIC enables me to apply for grants, develop funded projects and collaborate with organisations that share my commitment to supporting healthier, more resilient communities.

My focus is on practical support for the here and now, giving people knowledge and strategies they can continue using in everyday life.

WHAT THE CIC CAN PROVIDE

• Community wellbeing workshops
• Stress and anxiety management programmes
• Confidence and resilience building
• ADHD and autism understanding
• Emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Trauma-informed psychoeducation
• Support for parents and carers
• Children’s and young people’s wellbeing activities
• Employment confidence and personal development
• Workplace and volunteer wellbeing
• Bespoke projects shaped around community needs

Programmes may be delivered online or face-to-face through community venues, schools, partner organisations and other suitable settings.

WHO IS SUPPORTED

Our community programmes can support:

• Children and young people
• Adults and older people
• Parents, families and carers
• Neurodivergent individuals
• People experiencing financial or practical barriers
• Schools and youth organisations
• Community and voluntary groups
• Charities and social enterprises
• Employees, volunteers and community leaders

Each programme is adapted to the needs, experiences and accessibility requirements of the people taking part.

TWO ORGANISATIONS, ONE SHARED PURPOSE

Resilient Minds Wellbeing Ltd and Resilient Minds Wellbeing Community CIC work alongside one another with the shared purpose of making practical wellbeing education accessible, empowering and relevant to real life.

Resilient Minds Wellbeing Ltd continues to provide privately booked one-to-one sessions, professional training and commissioned services.

The CIC focuses on community benefit through funded, subsidised and partnership-based projects.

They are separate legal organisations with separate finances, agreements and responsibilities. The organisation delivering each service will always be clearly identified on proposals, booking information, invoices and payment details.

WORK WITH OUR CIC

We welcome conversations with community groups, schools, funders, charities, businesses, local services and other organisations interested in improving wellbeing within their communities.

We can develop projects around the needs of a particular group, from a single specialist workshop to a longer programme of support.
